Find My Manual provides a centralized online platform where users can search for and request digital versions of product user manuals. Our collection includes manuals for consumer electronics, home appliances, tools, office equipment, and other devices. We provide access to digital copies of manuals for a flat, one-time fee per manual. While we strive to maintain a large and accurate database, we do not guarantee that every brand or model will be available at all times.
All manuals available on Find My Manual are provided for a one-time flat fee of $14.95 per manual. Payments are securely processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Terms and Policies. Once payment is successfully completed, the manual will be delivered via download link and/or email. Delivery typically occurs within minutes, though in some cases manual sourcing may require additional processing time. If a manual is not available after purchase, a full refund will be issued.
Find My Manual provides digital manual access through a combination of automated systems and, in certain cases, human-assisted sourcing to locate requested manuals not immediately available in our database.
If a manual is not currently listed on our website, users may submit a request form or contact us via email with complete product details (brand and model number). Submission of a request does not guarantee availability. If the requested manual is successfully sourced, payment of $14.95 will be required before delivery.
You agree to use Find My Manual solely for lawful and personal purposes. Manuals obtained through our platform are intended for individual use only. You may not: Redistribute, resell, republish, or commercially exploit any manual obtained from our website. Copy, store, or share manuals beyond personal use. Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the website. Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and possible legal action.
All website content including text, graphics, logos, layout, branding, and design elements is the property of Find My Manual and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days if:
The manual was not delivered.
The file received does not match the requested brand and model.
There was a verified technical issue preventing access.
Refund requests must be submitted via email within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy, as Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record.
If a manual is confirmed unavailable, a full refund will be issued automatically.
We use trusted third-party providers including Paddle (Merchant of Record and payment processor), email delivery services, hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the business is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
